Report content or a user
Wiener Club has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Anything you report is reviewed, and we act within 24 hours.
In the app
Every post, comment, photo, profile and direct message has a menu (the “…” icon, or press and hold a comment or message). Choose Report to send it to us, or Block to remove that person from your experience immediately.
You do not have to explain yourself to block someone, and the person is never told that you reported or blocked them.
By email
Cannot reach the app? Email woof@wienerclub.app with a link to the content or the username, and a line about what is wrong.
What happens next
We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks the rules is removed, and members who post it are banned, immediately in serious cases.
We may email you if we need more detail. We never share your identity with the person you reported.
What breaks the rules
Spam, hate, harassment, threats, sexual or violent content, and misleading medical claims.
Photos that do not clearly show a real dog, and content generated by AI.
Anything that puts a dog or a person at risk.
In an emergency
If someone or an animal is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first (112 in Belgium). We are not an emergency service and cannot respond that quickly.
