Delete your account & data
You can delete your Wiener Club account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways to do it, and both remove the same data.
In the app (fastest)
Open Wiener Club, go to the Profile tab, open Settings and tap “Delete account”. After you confirm, your account and its data are deleted straight away. You do not need to contact us first.
By email
Do not have the app installed any more? Email woof@wienerclub.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request, delete the account and let you know when it is done. Expect this within a few days, and within 30 days at the latest.
What gets deleted
Your account: email address, username, bio and profile photo.
Your dogs: their profiles, photos, weight and vaccination records, and the walks you tracked.
Everything you posted: questions, answers, photos, comments, likes, saves and follows, the playdates you created or joined, and the places and reviews you added.
Your direct messages, and your notification preferences.
What we keep
Anonymous, aggregated usage counts that cannot be traced back to you, for example how often a screen was opened.
Anything we are legally required to keep, such as records relating to an abuse report or a legal claim. We keep those only for as long as the law requires.
This cannot be undone
Deletion is immediate and permanent: there is no waiting period in which we hold your data, and we cannot restore an account once it is gone. Export anything you want to keep, such as the vaccination PDF for your vet, before you delete.
